Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1/2 cup cold root beer
1/2 cup cold milk
1 packet (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
Optional: maraschino cherries and extra whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together cold root beer, milk, and pudding mix for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened
Gently fold in whipped topping with a spatula until smooth and fluffy
Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm
Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes
